We will begin @ 1 PM with a introduction of the labyrinth, as a meditation tool, followed by an extended opportunity to walk the labyrinth for as long or as often as you wish. As you finish your walk, please feel free to spend some time journaling and reflecting on the experience. Our time will end around the "council fire", sharing our experience. Please feel free to join us. I look forward to our journey together.
